As part of the restoration of the listed and historically significant Lissan House and Demesne, Cookstown, Northern Ireland (which dates from 1620), Blackhill were instructed to manufacture fifty traditional Georgian style sliding sash windows to replace the deteriorated existing windows within the property. The windows were manufactured in line with a strict heritage specification, in order to replicate the refined and ornate Georgian detailing of the original windows of the property.

The Lissan estate was home to the Staples family from 1620 until the death of the last incumbent, Hazel Radclyffe-Dolling (née Staples) in April 2006, the longest known occupation by a single family of a domestic dwelling in Ireland.

The house is flanked by an extensive range of outbuildings, stables and a walled garden, with the Demesne extending to over 300 acres.
